Garden pond

Due to pond geometry with close curves and different depths no hard and little flexible materials should be used here. These would adopt not well and would cause large formation of wrinkles. For garden ponds we recommend therefore our PRIMUS and STANDARD (PVC), NATURA (PELDhe) and the EPDM (India rubber) for a secured sealing.

Pond liners for garden ponds

NORDFOL-PRO
Pond liner for professional use in PVC-P. This liner does it all. Welding, bonding with welding agent and other adhesives. Even years after installation flexible and workable. Color black. Available in all sizes and permanently in stock. It is obtainable in rolls for your point of sale, as well as ready-made in all lengths and widths or other dimensions.

NATURA
Our ecological pond liner. It is an environmentally friendly polyethylene, which is in a special procedure, the so called high-pressure process, prepared and made flexible. Nearly as flexible as PVC pond liners, the PELD can also be processed in small ponds with typical different levels and tight curves and coves.

The main feature of PE is very high resistance to almost all chemicals, acids and basis. Please ask for the PELD resistance list or look at it in the service-member-area. The excellent properties of this type make it a perfect material for use in the area water polluting substances.

NORDFOL-EPDM
Pond liner from EPDM India rubber. Our softest liner. Highly flexible and low temperatures resistant, i.e. both in winter and summer equally easy to install. In the recent years this pond liner comes more and more into focus and is permanently available. It is obtainable in rolls for your point of sale, as well as ready-made in all lengths and widths or other dimensions.

Kapaflex
The solution for the professional pond design. Excellent as capillary and pond border. Installation from the water side and from the garden side possible.

Assembly

• Bongossi or Bankirai piles in 0,5 - 1 m distance strike into the ground. The height of the piles to level accurately, for example 2 cm above the water level later.
• Screw Kapaflex at about 2 - 3 cm above the level of the piles.
• Bring the ends of the pond liner over the edge of Kapaflex and fix it directly in the ground behind it.
• Support the stability on the water side with boulders or substrate.

Clarifier Cross Flow System Reposys 120s
Reposys 120s is used to uniform the flow in the repositioning area. Both the feed process, as well as the suction-method become possible. Reposys 120s below the gravel filter is easy to connect through hoses or can also be connected through PVC-pipes. The standard version is 50 mm connecting sleeve.

Skimmer VERGEO-Skim300s
After the development of our pont filter series "Limpio" we developed the pump pit "PLC" and launched it in 2006. Both products have proved successful and find excellent response in the market. This motivated us to further development. In the area of skimmer, i.e. surface suction, we did not find a satisfactory product on the market. Either too small, too complicated to install or too costly. So we set out to develop a skimmer for the middle-sized pond. Wether for the swimming pool, koi pond or even for the simple darden pond: Our target was to capture the pollution there, where it arises primarily. We are sure that our skimmer VERGEO-Skim300s meets these requirements and we met here again the need in the area of gardening and landscaping.

Pump series SPSeco / -home / -max
Our pump series SDS makes a sinking of the pump in the pond water and the associated problems redundant. What used to be reserved to the large public facilities, can now be used everywhere. The pump, separated from the pond, can the different streams, such as skimmer or floor draines, individually control and adjust to the seasonal needs. Wether in spring the seeds of the plants or in the fall the foliage of the trees to be removed, - simply press the appropriate lever and see the success. Also a complete emtying is possible at any time. Before the winter comes you need to unscrew only 2 large coupling nuts and the pump can be stored in a safe area (garage, basement). A simple and clean solution - and your pump will last many years.
